Challenge: Trinsic Technologies lacked a platform with clear objectives and user flow, their brand also failed to reflect their current company culture and personality. With a growing company, stakeholders wanted to rebrand and create a platform with clear objectives.
Process: Our team began with a Discovery session with Trinsic Technologies’ stakeholders. In this session, we established their team’s primary objectives and roadmap of their future, their target market, and insight into their industry and competitors.
After the Discovery Session, we began our primary research into the client and their competitors. Through this process, our team crafted Polished Metal’s Strategy Guide + Roadmap.
Our research encompassed:
Understanding the user goals and needs
Uncovering Trinsic Technologies’ user experience and pain points
Uncovering their competitor’s user experience and pain points
Creating a roadmap for their digital strategy
Interview with website users to discover their pain points and ideal user journey
After finalizing Trinsic Technologies’ digital strategy, we began working on establishing the new visual direction through the creation of Stylescapes.
Once the Stylescape was finalized my team began to work on creating Trinsic Technologies’ primary logo.
While the logo was being finalized, my team worked on wireframes based on the objectives developed within the Brand Strategy + Roadmap.
Now that my team had finalized the wireframes, we combined our Stylescape and wireframes to create our finalized mockup.
