Prime Clinic is owned and operated by Dr. David J. Cross, who specializes exclusively in male sexual performance and satisfaction. Prime Clinic provides expert care in an environment of acceptance and compassion to enable men to feel vigorous and confident as they enjoy an active and satisfying sex life at any age.

Challenge: Originally named Pure Performance for Men, Prime Clinic faced the challenge of differentiating themselves from their competitors as well as having a reliable platform to help men in need with their personal lives. The client also needed a quick turnaround due to his website being his main way of marketing. We saw the opportunity in helping Prime Clinic reinvent the perception of male sexual performance by updating their visual brand and messaging to have an accepting and caring appeal to better connect with their clients.
Process: Our team began with a Discovery session with Dr. Cross. In this session, we established his primary objectives and roadmap of the future, his target market, and insight into his industry and competitors.
After the Discovery Session, we began our primary research into the client and their competitors. Through this process, our team crafted Prime Clinic’s Strategy Guide + Roadmap.
Our research encompassed:
Understanding the user goals and needs
Uncovering the competitor’s user experience and pain points
Discovering users pain points and ideal user journey
Determining the success of the tasks measured
After finalizing Prime Clinic’s digital strategy, we began working on establishing the new visual direction for Prime Clinic through the creation of Stylescapes.
Once the Stylescape was finalized my team began to create the logo that followed the selected visual direction and followed the brand strategy established during the creation of the Brand Strategy Guide.
Once the new logo was finalized my team began to create high-fidelity wireframes to determine the overall structure and layout of the website based on our research conducted within the Brand Strategy Guide + Roadmap.
